QUALITY & SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
It is our objective to provide ship and facility management services that are consistent with ISO 9001:2015 (ISO) and the International Management Code for the Safe Operation of Ships and for Pollution Prevention (ISM Code).

Objectives: Provide & maintain clean, healthy, & productive workspaces Companywide. Improve personnel & equipment safety by implementing targeted safety training events & reporting & sharing of Observations & Near misses.
Intended Results: Achieve zero lost time injuries by aggressively maintaining a safe & healthy workplace, sharing cross fed lessons learned, & fostering effective corrective actions.
Training & Maintenance [P2]:
Objective: Ensure all personnel are properly trained & qualified to perform their duties & maintenance activities.
Intended Results: Zero damage to vessels & facilities resulting from improper maintenance or operation.
Environmental Protection [P3]:
Objective: Prevent oil or hazardous material spills & comply with environmental regulations.
Intended Results: Zero environmental impacts from oil or hazardous material spills.
Customer Satisfaction[+1]:
Objective: Understand & deliver exceptional customer service & satisfaction.
Intended Results: Foster strong customer relationships & enhance the Company's reputation for outstanding service through established feedback loops.
